We take pride in creating one-of-a-kind, handmade accessories from rescued fabrics. Every piece is unique, and we hope you love your purchase.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Accessories must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item arrives safely.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the criteria above, we will issue a refund for the purchase price only (excluding original shipping costs).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@loftsomerset.com. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund, and in this case, return postage will be covered by us.
