Do you ship overseas?

No, currently we only ship within the UK.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days. We use a Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service with signature. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I return my order?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely! If you have seen a certain fabric that catches your eye and would like it made in to a specific bag or pouch then we would be happy to do this providing we have sufficient fabric.
