An complete introductory session that will guide you through the basics of setting up and using a sewing machine. Samples will be sewn in calico that you can take away with you to refer to. We will then use your new found skills to make a set of pattern weights which will be invaluable as you continue your sewing journey.
If you have your own working sewing machine then please do bring this along to familiarise yourself with your specific machine. If not, you are very welcome to use one of my machines. The information covered in the workshop will be easily transferable to another machine.
